Shipping & Delivery

Order Processing: We ship all orders within 2-3 working days.

Delivery Time: Orders within India are typically delivered in 5-8 working days (depending on location, holidays, or weather conditions). In rare cases, delivery may take up to 2 weeks, especially in regions like Jammu & Kashmir and North East India, where it can take up to 10 working days.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all prepaid and cash on delivery (COD) orders.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking link. You can check your delivery status anytime. If you have any concerns, email us at support@uxtees.com.

We ship via Delhivery, Xpressbees, Bluedart, and EcomExpress, depending on your location.

Order Marked as Delivered but Not Received?

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven't received your package, please check with:

Family members, neighbours, flatmates, or your office mailroom.

If you still haven't received your order, notify us within 48 hours of the delivery notification. We will investigate with the courier, which may take 10 working days. After this period, we may not be able to take further action.
