Exchange & Return Policy
We offer a 7-day exchange policy for size-related issues. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, let us know within 24 hours of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement.
Since our products are custom-made to order, we are unable to accept returns or refunds after processing. Please double-check your size and design selection before placing your order.
Order Cancellation & Respectful Communication
Need to cancel? No worries! Just let us know within 3 hours of placing your order. After this period, your order enters production and cannot be canceled.
We value respectful and professional communication. Abusive behavior towards our support team will not be tolerated and may lead to termination of service.
If a product is rejected at the time of delivery, a ₹150 deduction will apply for shipping costs.
